Refund policy

  • 1. Any request for refund has to be made in writing and before the commencement of academic session and not later than specified days from the date of enrollment stating the reasons for withdrawal. The refund committee based on the mitigating circumstances for the refund sought shall decide the application. Normal processing time will be taken in this process. Any dispute / disagreement in the same shall 
be referred to arbitration to be adjudicated upon by sole arbitrator being a retired Judge of a High Court and the same shall be binding 
on the parties.
    • Application Fee : Application Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
    • Registration Fee : Institute may offer refund of Registration Fee paid to block the seat on acceptance of Offer letter, the procedure to be followed to receive the refund, the application must be submitted within 30 days of acceptance of offer letter / paid the registration fee. is not refundable, applications will not be accepted under any circumstances beyond 30 days.
    • Tuition Fee : Institute may offer a full refund (minus a processing fee) or a significant percentage of the fees paid if a student withdraws 15 days before the commencement of classes which is officially notified.
    • Application Process : Students need to submit the dedicated application form for a refund, often accompanied by the original fee receipt and proof of document seeking refund. The application process may take requisite time for approvals from the designated officials, the same will be intimated to the candidate.
  • Refund rejections on Special Circumstances :
    • Disciplinary Action : If a student is withdrawn due to disciplinary reasons, no refund may be provided for academic, hostel, or other fees.
    • Hostel Fees : Hostel fees & Mess charges are non refundable once occupied the allotted room and bed. Application can be submitted with vaalid proof and reason for vacating hostel, decision lies with the decision authorities.
    • Uniform, Examination & Transport Fees : Non-tuition fees like uniform, examination & transport fee is non refundable, special application can be submitted for refund of transport fee, decision lies in the hands of decision authority.
    • UGC Guidelines : The University Grants Commission (UGC) provides guidelines for refund policies, these guidelines will be followed with aim to standardize refund procedures and protect students’ interests.
